Submissions are invited from persons with an interest in putting forward points of view relating to the terms of reference. Submissions received by the Inquiry will be made available to the public at the Commissioner’s discretion.
Written submissions should be forwarded to the Office of the Commissioner, Walgett Shire Council Public Inquiry, Locked Bag A5045, SYDNEY SOUTH NSW 1235 by Wednesday 24 March 2004.
Persons making submissions should indicate whether they wish to appear at the public hearings. Those wishing to make oral submissions only to the Inquiry should submit their requests in writing by Wednesday 24 March 2004 to the Office of the Commissioner.
