The public hearings will commence at 10:00am on Tuesday 20 April 2004 at the Walgett Shire Council Chambers, 77 Fox Street, Walgett. The hearings will continue thereafter until the Commissioner otherwise orders. The hearings will commence at 10.00am and finish at 4.00pm each day, unless otherwise determined by the Inquiry Commissioner. Details of any further hearing dates and times will be announced at the hearings by the Inquiry Commissioner.
Agendas for each hearing day will appear on this internet site once available, and on the door of the hearing each day. While all due care will be taken in preparation of Hearing Agenda details, please note that the order of hearing proceedings may vary from the Agenda on the day.
