The public hearings will commence at 11:00am on Tuesday 11 October 2005 at the Brewarrina Court House, 96 Bathurst Street, Brewarrina.
The hearings will then continue on Wednesday 12 October 2005 and Thursday 13 October 2005 commencing at 9:30am and finishing at 4:30pm each day, unless otherwise determined by the Inquiry Commissioner.
