Hit the ground running - 2012 Councillor Workshops

The Division of Local Government is conducting a series of Councillor Workshops during October and November 2012 across NSW for all councillors elected in 2012 and general managers.

The Councillor Workshops are the leading event to help new and returning councillors hit the ground running in 2012. The Councillor Workshops will help all councillors to develop and update their skills and knowledge, and allow returning councillors to share their experiences of how to be an effective councillor.

How to use this system

Councils are requested to coordinate the registration of councillors and the general manager at the relevant workshop by completing each participant's details on the workshop registration page.

Each councils general manager has been emailed on 12 September 2012 with a unique username and password to access this on-line registration system.

There is no limit to the number of registration sessions available for each login. Workshop registrations can be modified up to seven (7) days prior to the relevant session, depending on availability (maximum of 60 participants at each session). All sessions will run from 9.30 am to 3.15 pm.
